By purchasing or using any script from 360 Web Codes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
Each script purchase grants you a single-site, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may install the script on one domain/server for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the script with others.
You may not use our scripts for illegal activities, fraud, or to create platforms that violate applicable laws. You may not remove or modify copyright notices. You may not resell or redistribute the source code.
All prices are in USD. Payment is required before delivery. We accept bank transfer, Western Union, and cryptocurrency. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Digital products are delivered via email download link within 1–4 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. Delivery may take up to 24 hours outside business hours.
Please refer to our Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds may be issued for confirmed technical failures that cannot be resolved.
We provide technical support for 12 months from purchase date. Support covers installation assistance and bug fixes. Custom development is not included in standard support.
360 Web Codes retains all intellectual property rights in our scripts. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying code.
360 Web Codes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our scripts. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the script.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of purchased scripts after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
